We recognize, however, that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a review of service fees. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Ocat may consider refunds for its services.

General Refund Policy

Due to the ongoing campaign development, optimization, and content creation inherent to Ocat's Online Advertising & Content Marketing Service, all service purchases are considered final once the campaign commences.

Limited Exceptions

Ocat may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund in the following limited circumstances:

Demonstrable Technical Issues: In the rare event that Ocat experiences demonstrably significant technical difficulties that materially hinder service delivery, a partial refund may be offered based on the severity and duration of the issue.

Mutually Agreed Upon Termination: If both Ocat and the client mutually agree to terminate the service agreement prior to its completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the services rendered and the remaining contract term.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, a written notification must be submitted to  info@adsinmedia.com within 7 business days of the service start date. The notification should clearly outline the reasoning behind the refund request.

Ocat will meticulously evaluate your request and respond within 7 business days. Should your request be approved, the corresponding refund will be processed via the original payment method employed within 7 business days.

Additional Considerations

⇛ Processing fees associated with the initial payment transaction may not be refundable.
